A large room is available for one person in a clean, well-kept 3-bedroom house in a quiet area of Heywood.
This is a peaceful home rather than a busy house share. Once the room is rented, there will be only two adults living in the house — myself, the owner, and the person renting the room. My young son also stays with me at weekends.
Rent: £450 per month, all bills included.
Deposit: £450.

You will have full use of the shared kitchen and communal areas, as well as the washing machine, tumble dryer, fast internet and garden.
The shared areas of the house are professionally cleaned by a cleaning company every two weeks, and the property is fitted with an alarm system.
Free on-street parking is available nearby.
I am looking for one working person who is clean, respectful, easy-going and looking for a quiet, comfortable place to live.
The house is completely non-smoking and alcohol-free, and it is not suitable for parties.
I speak Polish and my English is still improving, so Polish speakers are very welcome, although this is not essential.
