Beautiful victorian mid terrace

Hi my name is Liam and my home is in Heywood, Rochdale near Bury. The house is a 158yr old Victorian mid terrace with many original features and is located on a very quite private road opposite a beautiful Victorian church.

There is ample parking if needed and the house is just two minutes walk from Heywood Town centre. The centre has a variety of shops for whatever you may need. Being in Heywood there is easy access to the motorway either side of the town. So quick access to wherever you need to go. There is also close transportation routes if you need to commute.

The house itself consists of two very big living rooms, a dining room (turned into a pool room, had to be done). A pantry for food storage, a cinema room and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, and a 7 hob range cooker with double oven and grill. A large garden with furniture to relax and enjoy the sun (cannot guarantee sun it is the UK).

There is three bedrooms (my room / a nice sized single room and a very large double room), a large bathroom with sink, bath with separate shower. The toilet is in another separate room.

I am looking for either a lodger or lodgers to share my home with. I am a young professional looking for similar. Someone who will respect my home. They need to be clean and tidy as I am. I want us to be able to get along and interact. The house is more than big enough that we wont be under each others feet but after all we will be living together so being able to get along is very important as I want you to feel at home at all times.

I have two very friendly house cats and a husky puppy so must be an animal lover. If a couple was interested i would consider it but some changes would have to made to the rent etc. Anything else you would like to know please do not hesitate in either ringing, texting or emailing me.
