This house has a hydrotherapy pool, but this is not included in your usage unless booking via Airbnb for short stays. 1 night to a month.

If booking per month.
£500 deposit as security.
£950 per month as a single person.
£1150 per month as a couple.

This is a lived in home so you are renting a room and the private bathroom. You are not renting the full house, but you have use of the full shared house.
All utility bills are included.

By agreeing to live renting a room & bathroom in my shared home, you are agreeing to all of the following -

All checks will be carried out by letting agency.

NO smoking, NO vaping, NO drugs, NO pets, NO criminal record, NO history of aggression or threatening behaviour.
For cleanliness, shoes must be removed in the hallway on entry.
Includes all utilities, electricity (EV Charging extra), gas, water, and Wi-Fi.

Please respect the Home and clean up after yourself.
