Situated on a quiet street a short walk away from the centre of Horwich, including the refurbished Horwich Leisure Centre, many rated restaurants and bars/ pubs. Close by to various supermarkets and other amenities. Also very close to the beautiful Rivington Pike if you’re into long walks!
Great transport links including regular bus services into Bolton and other surrounding areas, just minutes drive from M61 and within walking distance to Horwich Parkway train station. There is also on street parking outside the house.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, bedside tables. There is a communal living room with a cosy log burner, large dining room with cabinets and display shelving, a kitchen complete with all amenities and wooden worktops and plenty of storage, and a stylish bathroom, all finished to a high standard. Bills are all included.

Looking for a young working professional, (female only) who is clean and tidy and respectful of others space. There are two girls living there currently, both working professionals in their mid 20s. Both really lovely friendly girls, really respectful of the home and each other’s space. We have two fridges and freezers so we have the option to keep things separate. At the weekends they tend to chill out at home or visit friends. Not really into heavy drinking at the weekend or regular nights out. It would be great to find someone who is like minded :)
