It includes double fan assisted/convection oven, hob, microwave, Large American fridge freezer plus additional fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and plates, pans and cutlery.

There are two large brabd new shower rooms, and a separate W/C.

Bathroom one includes the usual wash hand basin, brand new shower enclosure and toilet. Bathroom two enjoys the same and both are finished with fresh and designer panels and large towel radiators.

An additional W/C keeps morning queuing at bay.

Your whole property is heated by gas central heating which is serviced and maintained.
