I have two spare rooms, I'm looking for a female housemate or two females, ideally students, to help with rent and bills.

I'm a clean, tidy and considerate person who enjoys a quiet and relaxed home environment. Outside of work I like to be social and active by going to the gym, exploring new places. I'm easy to get along with, respectful of shared spaces and always make sure to keep things clean and organised. I'm away a lot too.

Bills included: contribution towards gas & electric bill as per usage approx. £50/person. + any overuse charge.
Broadband included.
Available 7 days or Mon-Fri
Confirmation of employment/ studying will be required.
Non smokers, no couples, no WFH, no parties.
