Few minutes walk to community facilities eg. gym with swimming pool, supermarket, post office, cafes, parks etc. Home of an architect/artist and very inspiring! Stunning open plan lounge / dining room / kitchen with all mod-cons, dishwasher, washing machine and parking. The house has 3 wc/bathrooms in total - the room has an adjacent, private wc/sink unit, and shared shower with 1 other person.

I'm looking for a clean, considerate housemate (professionals / post-grads) who will look after the home and enjoy it - not a student party place or work-from-home / stay-at-home rental. Vegetarian preferred, with some flexibility.
