Hi,
I’m looking for someone to take over a new lease with my current flatmate as I’m moving out.
There is a 24/7 concierge, gym, communal chill out/work and study area and roof top terraces with outside BBQ's and seating area.
It is located right outside Cornbrook tram station which takes approx. 10 mins to get to the city centre or a 15 min walk to deansgate.
I am looking for someone who is friendly, chilled and sociable but also values having their own time.
There is on road parking opposite the apartment but parking under building for an extra £120 per month
