Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 2-bedroom flat, as I’m moving in with my boyfriend.

Move-in date: Between 27th June and 4th July.

You’ll be living with Lauren, a 26-year-old professional who has genuinely been a dream to live with over the past year❣️

About the flat:
- Right next to Hulme Park and just a 10-minute walk from Deansgate Station
- One shared bathroom
- Energy, water and Wi-Fi bills come to just under £100 per person, per month
- Council Tax Band A, split equally between both tenants
- Free parking outside the building (you’ll just need to apply for a resident’s permit)
- The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table (there are also shelving units in the living room and hallway if you need extra storage).
- You’ll need either a UK guarantor, or there may be the option to pay 1–2 months’ rent upfront instead
