I'm moving out of my 4 bed house in Hulme due to wanting to move in with my best friend. The the contact ends 24th of August 2027.
Rent is £600 pcm managed by C&R properties, bills are around £50-£70 a month but the ENSUITE PAYS FOR WIFI £34.99 a month - since the room is much larger.
The current tenants are all female studying medicine, music and a social sciences degree. We have a lovely south facing back garden and the location couldn't be better for UoM or MMU. 10 mins walk to both and to an Asda, a garden centre and a gym.
- I paid the water bill up front so this will be paid to me directly for the year from the day you move in.
- Can be available by next week 21st September, the referencing may take a little bit of time but you can sublet from me directly until you get put on the tenancy officially by the agency.
-The WiFi will be moved to your name as well.
