An ensuite room in this three bedroom flat (post code: M15 5QH) will become available on the 31st of August 2026. The rent is £825/month including all the bills.

The rent includes all the bills (council tax, electric, water, gas and internet). We occasionally provide cleaning services too only for the common areas. However, this would mainly still remain the responsibility of the residents.

Location:
- 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop with direct routes to Oxford Road, the city centre, and Old Trafford.
- 10–15 minutes’ walk to Deansgate.
- 20 minutes walk to Universities


The current flatmates are two professionals (one male and one female), both are friendly, clean and respectfu. We’re looking for someone with a similar mindset – clean, easy-going, and considerate.
