All three rooms in this three bedroom flat (post code: M15 5QH) will become available on the following dates:

1) small double - £650/month - available on 30/06/26
2) slightly bigger double - £700/month - available on 31/07/26
3) Large ensuite room - £825/month - available on 31/08/26

The rent includes all the bills (electric, water, gas and internet). Professionals will be required to pay £40/month more towards the council tax. For students this will be free. We occasionally provide cleaning services too only for the common areas. However, this would mainly still remain the responsibility of the residents.

Location:
- 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop with direct routes to Oxford Road, the city centre, and Old Trafford.
- 10–15 minutes’ walk to Deansgate.
- 20 minutes walk to Universities


Current Flatmates:
Two friendly and respectful females, one PhD student and the other a professional. We’re looking for someone with a similar mindset – clean, easy-going, and considerate.
