Looking for room mates in massive flat in Hulme!

Hi everyone, I’m Kaân fun friendly Welsh boy been living in Manchester 8 years now. Love being in Hulme too.
I’m looking for a friendly, clean and tidy young professional to move into my flat, as my previous flatmate has recently moved out.
The flat is part furnished already I’ve just sorted most of it, you’d just need furniture for your bedroom and anything personal you’d like to bring. There is an additional charge of £85 for your parking spot, but there is lots of street parking too. Bills are split evenly.
The flat has:
• A huge balcony
• Underfloor heating
• Plenty of kitchen storage
• Washer
• Two bathrooms
• Great transport links nearby
• Around a 15-minute walk into town

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who works full-time so we both have our own space and routine, but who’s also up for a chat now and then.
