There’s two spacious double rooms available in our 4 bed house next academic year.
The house is 5 mins walk to MMU and 10 mins walk to UoM buildings. We have a back and front garden which is gorgeous in the summer. Quiet neighborhood for the most part it’s families ect.
Bills come to 50-85 each month and the broadband is good.
Rooms come with desks and the house is south facing. Two bathrooms one upstairs and two downstairs. My room is an ensuite.
Existing housemates are clean, sociable, respectful and just really nice open people who want a home not a shared house if you get what I’m saying? Always up for house activities or you can just have your own space. Good mature communication is the only pre-requisite.
