Double Room Available June-end of August

Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublet my room over the summer from **14th June until 24th August**.

The room is south-facing so lots of natural light, and will be fully furnished with a bed, desk, bedside table, mirror, wardrobe, shelving unit). Bathroom is shared between 2 others (the other housemate has an en-suite). Two of us are placements students and one is completing her teaching PGCE. I’m about to graduate and have plans for summer so need someone to replace me in the meantime. All are incredibly friendly and considerate.

The house is in Hulme with good transport links and close to the University of Manchester (8 min walk), Manchester Metropolitan University (15 min walk) and City centre (25 min walk/10 min bus). Also 5 min walk away from a retail park which has Asda, b&m, farmfoods and Better leisure centre (swimming baths and a gym).

Rent is:

* **£190** for 14th June - 24th June (pro-rated) - date can be negotiated if you want to move in earlier/later
* **£575 per month** after that
* **£300 deposit** to formalise and cover any potential damage, which will of course be returned to you in full at the end of the sublet if everything’s all good.
* **Bills not included. Usually ~£60 p/m.**

Ideally looking for someone tidy and easygoing. Since this is a summer sublet, the dates are fixed until 24th August.
