Central (ish) flat available NOW

Unfortunately me and my current housemate have decided to go our seperate ways due to the fact he is unable to keep up with the bills associated with the flat. I am therefore looking for someone sensible that is able to keep up with the bills.

The flat is in Hulme, but is literally a across a bridge from Deansgate!

6 minutes to Deansgate train Station
10 minutes to Oxofrd Road Station
15 minutes from CC
18 Minutes from Canal Street

The room comes furnished with bed, draws and wardrobe, bed has storage underneath. There is my own personal TV in the lounge - but I do not use wifi and stream my own personal hotspot to use it.

I am gay and ideally would prefer to share with another sensible LGBTQ+ person, as relationships have broken down in the flat currently and previously, I hope that a housemate can be a friend too! I enjoy going out, a few drinks, football and much more.

Also, I must be really clear on this, it is a two bed flat and I am solely on the tenancy, therefore you will be renting the room without a tenancy as such through the 'rent a room scheme', which the landlord allows. Effectively I would be your landlord as such, but I don't see it that way.

It is really important to me to find the housemate, I am a sensible person who enjoys quite time along with a good time. I do not take drugs and would expect you to not do the same or at the very least, don't bring them home with you.
