The room has a en suite, double bed and comes fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and tv. It gets plenty of natural light and offers a quiet, relaxed space—ideal for students or young professionals.

The property includes a shared kitchen/living area, all kept in good condition. The household is friendly/quiet, making it a great environment to live in.

Location-wise, the flat is well connected with easy access to public transport links, university, city centre, shops, etc., so everything you need is within reach.

Rent is £200 per week, with bills included. The room is available from Aug 5 until Sept 14th.
