Double Room Available from 24th August

Hi, I am James (24) and I am renting out a double room in my flat in Hulme as my older sister is moving to Australia and she owns the property. I am a travel agent and cabin crew and I love to travel! I am gay and in a long-term relationship, I am sociable and love music but I try and keep the flat a peaceful, tidy and respectful place to be. I also live with Shem (28) who works in events, Shem is very tidy, private, quiet and keeps himself to himself. We are looking for someone who will be respectful of our space, enjoys music and friendly conversation and privacy but open to socialising over a brew. The room is a double room with fitted wardrobe and draws, we all share a bathroom and kitchen/living space but we have always had flat mates over the 6 years I have been here and it’s never felt too crowded we just communicate well.
