Lovely Room Available – £615pcm + £80 Fixed Bills

I’m looking for someone to take over my room after recently accepting a new job in London.

I actually only moved into the property about a month ago and genuinely really love living here, so I’m quite sad to be leaving so soon! Unfortunately, my new job requires me to relocate to London, which is the only reason I’m giving up the room.

The room is spacious, comfortable and well maintained, with plenty of space to make it feel like your own. The property itself is in a really lovely area, and it’s a nice place to come home to, especially if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and peaceful. I have a flatmate that is from Uganda, she’s chill and easy to live with. She doesn’t want to move from the flat as she’s a student and it’s quite close to her college.

Rent: £615 per month
Bills: £80 per month, fixed
Total monthly cost: £695

One of the things I really like is that the bills are fixed at £80, so you know exactly what you’ll be paying every month without worrying about bills suddenly increasing.

I’ve genuinely enjoyed the short time I’ve spent here and, if I hadn’t gotten the job in London, I wouldn’t be looking to move. I’m hoping to find someone who will enjoy the room and the area just as much as I have.
