Housemate wanted

Looking for a housemate replacement in a flat shared between 2 people.

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom(shared, with a bathtub shower), kitchen/livingroom with laundry machine and a fridge.

15 mins to University of Manchester main library
20 mins to city centre in walking distance.

Very well-kept, quiet flat with a designated parking space for residents (Currently used as bike space).

Existing tenant is a mature student studying engineering. Busy schedule, other than gym 3 times a week, occasional karaokeing at a bar plus hiking and bike riding, just your average normal guy here. Anyone willing to do their own dishes, do their laundry properly and won't steal, don't bring guests unprompted, no smoking indoors would be just fine.

£580 per month for bigger room
+bills (including gas, water, electricity and internet) approx. £75 per person

Working person would be fully responsible of their own council tax
(but applicable for 25% discount)

Full time student won't be charged for council tax.

Cheapest and cleanest accommodation option, considering the location. Once you confirm your interest, will let the landlord know.
