Town house situated 20 min walk to Picadilly Gardens. 8 min walk to Deansgate/Castlefield. 10 min walk to the big Asda in Hulme.
Rent for the room is £576.40pcm and bills (not included) come to around £120pcm. Parking space is availble with a permit.
We're looking to do viewings at the end of September as me and my housemate are both away for the next two weeks.
