The other bedroom in my flat has recently become available as my friend is moving back home. It’s a lovely 1st floor flat with 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious bathroom, and a shared open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge that opens onto a balcony. The exterior of the building has just been re-cladded and the balcony re-furbished. There’s a lift and private parking round the back with gated access.

The flat is situated right in the heart of Hulme, close to the shops, Hulme garden centre and Kim’s Kitchen. Other things nearby include:
Gym, library, shops – across the road
Busses to city centre and Chorlton – 3 mins away
Alexandra Park – 10 min walk
University campus - 10 min walk
Deansgate – 20 min walk (or 8 mins by bike)

A bit about me:
I’m a freelance musician and I just finished my masters at the RNCM. I perform and travel regularly across the country and enjoy teaching as well (but most of my practice is done at home). Outside of music, I like to stay active and enjoy running, swimming, and going to the gym. I also enjoy reading, cooking, playing card games, and watching the occasional film.
