Deansgate/Hulme 2 bed flat - Summer 2027

I'm currently living with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath flat in Hulme (5 minutes from Deansgate Towers), but she's planning on moving out in Summer 2027 so I'm looking for someone to take over her half of the tenancy from then.

The flat is 3rd floor, new build, open plan kitchen and living room with a lovely view of the Deansgate towers. Juliette balcony and big windows. I'm in the ensuite room but you'd have a bathroom to yourself (with a bath). Your room is furnished including a double bed, drawers, and a wardrobe.

Rent is approx £600 a month each, this doesn't include bills which usually is £60 per month utilities/wifi and £90 each in council tax per month (Band B). Total per month then each is about £750.

I'm 24f and work in the culture/heritage industry, I WFH a few days a week. I'm pretty quiet, but do like to hang out in the shared spaces so it would be nice if you also wanted to! I like watching films/tv and reading, I don't usually stay up that late or have people staying over.

I'm pretty clean and enjoy the flat being homely and cared for so I would expect you to as well. Ideally we'd be able to become friends and have a wholesome girls flatshare that's cute and wholesome for us both to live in.

Girls only, LGBT+ community is welcome. The move in date is flexible but fixed to mid-year 2027, no sooner is possible.
