A lovely room is available in a shared flat in Hulme, Manchester, conveniently located close to the city centre, the University of Manchester, shops and public transport.

I’m a student looking for another student to share the flat with, preferably a female student. I also have a friendly cat, so ideally, I’m looking for someone who is comfortable living with pets.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, quiet, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. The flat has a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, and I’d love to find someone who appreciates a calm home environment and respects each other’s privacy and personal space.
