Lovely Double Room in Cosy 3-Bed Home- Female Only

I’m looking for a lovely female housemate to share my home with me and my little Maltese, Lola 🤍

The house is a spacious 3-bed which I currently rent by myself. I’ve furnished the whole house, so all of the shared spaces are fully furnished and ready to enjoy, you would just need to furnish your own bedroom and make it your own.

The third bedroom is a very small room which I currently use as a wardrobe room, so the house would only ever be shared between the two of us (plus Lola, obviously 🐶).

A little about me:
I’m 30 and work full-time in Customer Success, as well as being a wedding singer on the side 🎤 I’m really friendly, easy-going and like to keep the house clean and tidy.

Outside of work I love going for walks with Lola, spending time with my friends and family, going out and generally having a nice balance between being social and having chilled time at home.

I’d really love to find someone friendly and sociable who I get along with and who is open to becoming friends too hopefully haha! I want the house to feel like a home for both of us rather than us just being two strangers who happen to live together.

A little about Lola:
Lola is a small Maltese and very much part of the household! She’s allowed on the sofa and likes to be involved in everything. She can also be barky at times, so you’ll need to genuinely like dogs and be comfortable living with one rather than just tolerating them 😂

Who I’m looking for:
Ideally another female professional. I’m open to all ages, finding someone I click with and who will treat the house like their home is much more important to me.

I work from home quite a lot, so ideally I’m looking for somebody who mostly works outside of the house rather than also working from home full-time.

Unfortunately I can’t accommodate any additional pets as Lola can be reactive to other dogs.

Someone friendly, clean, respectful and easy-going would be perfect. I’d love us to be able to have a chat or a glass of wine together when we’re both around, while obviously still having our own lives and space too!
