Double room available in Irlam (M44). Available from now, though flexible with move in dates (will consider August/September move in). Ideally on a long-term basis or for several months. Mon to Fri lets also considered.
Train station 10min walk and direct trains to Manchester Oxford Road (15-20mins). Also to Warrington (10-15mins), Liverpool (40mins). 5 min walk to large Tesco, Lidl and leisure centre.

Looking for a respectful female professional/mature student to complete the household. You would be sharing with female professionals- 35 year old landlady, and a 25 year old female lodger moving in in August. The vibe is a warm and friendly household, up for a chat and socialising when schedules align, but low-pressure and respectful of personal space. A peaceful home to unwind after a busy day. Looking for someone who values a calm, tidy and clean environment.
The house has recently been refurbished and has a new kitchen. All living spaces are shared- kitchen, spacious dining/living room, garden/patio, bathroom and additional separate toilet.

Located in a quiet and peaceful area with plenty of free street parking. Good access to motorway network. Nature reserve and large park nearby. Suitable for non-smokers and non-vapers only.
