Hello and thank you for finding my Ad!

I am looking for two female housemates to join me in my home which is well-maintained and cared-for. I recently renovated the house myself and had a brand-new kitchen put in. Rooms available from now, though flexible with move in dates (will consider July/August/September move in).

• Two double rooms available.
• Fully equipped with a brand-new kitchen, including a washing machine, induction hob, dishwasher, and a tumble dryer- very useful for drying clothes during the winter months.
• Large private garden to enjoy the nature or to plant your own flowers or vegetables if you enjoy gardening. Swing seat and outdoor table and chairs.
• One main bathroom plus an additional separate toilet.
• Situated in a peaceful area with friendly neighbours.
• Private driveway (shared use) and plenty of free street parking.
• I have local gardeners who attend to the outdoor maintenance and regularly visit during summer.

About the Living Dynamic:
• I may be away at times travelling for work and leisure throughout the year, so this home is perfect for independent females who are happy in their own routine.
• It’s important to me to find the right people who fit the environment and each other.
• I love a chat, a catch-up over tea, and socialising when I am around, but completely respect personal space.
• My lifestyle: Active professional into hiking, gym, mindfulness, yoga and gigs. I value a healthy lifestyle. I rarely drink alcohol and do not smoke.

Location & Transport
• Convenience: 2-minute walk to Lidl, large Tesco, and Irlam Leisure Centre
(gym/pool/classes).
• Train Station: 10-minute walk (15–20 mins to Manchester / 40 mins to Liverpool).
• Nature: Steps away from a large park, riverside walks, and the Moss nature reserve.

Ideal Housemates
• Reliable, independent female professionals or mature/PhD students.
• Looking to stay long-term, at least 6 months.
• People who enjoy their own routine and company but also enjoy socialising .
• Happy to contribute to the usual household duties like cleaning, emptying and putting the bins out and keeping the house tidy and clean.
• Guests: Occasional visitors are absolutely fine, but the home should remain quiet and peaceful (strictly not a party house or a place for regular overnight guests).
• Fits into a peaceful neighbourhood.
• Non-smoker/vaper. Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
