Hello :) I have a double room available in my house for rent and I'm looking for a female professional or mature/PhD student to join the house. You would be sharing with myself (35 year old female professional) and another 25 year old female professional. Some of our hobbies include hiking, yoga, baking, swimming and exploring the area. The house is in a quiet and peaceful area, connected to Manchester by train and also plenty of street parking available. So ideal for someone wanting to be close enough to central Manchester to commute to or go out for the evening but also enjoys living somewhere a bit quieter. Also good connections to Warrington and Liverpool. Good access to motorway network. There is a large park and nature walks nearby. Leisure centre and large Tesco and Lidl a few mins walk from the house.
