Charming Double Bedroom - Short-term Let

Hi there, I'm renting out this double bedroom any time from 30th September until about 10th December, with one month minimum stay. It features character white painted floorboards and neutral colours to allow you to add your own style to the room. The bedroom has a small double bed and an open spring mattress, along with dresser, night stand and wardrobe, the rest of the house is shared. There is a little yard and shared alleyway out the back, and plenty of on-street parking nearby.


I mostly work from home in the living room and my boyfriend stays over about two nights a week. I'm veggie if that's a plus for you, but it's not a requirement on my side.
I am sociable but also enjoy my own company, so I'd be happy to have a glass of wine and catch-up on occasion but I'm also happy to leave you to it if you're busy or just prefer it. I go to the gym some days before work and will be out some evenings for a walk or seeing friends.
