I have a beautiful loft room for rent for a professional or mature student. The room is modern, bright and airy with a calming feel to it. Due to this being a loft room with lower ceilings, it would best suit someone say 5'2" or shorter. It has a hatch door which provides more floor space, and loads of storage in the eaves. One side of the eaves has a hanging rail and the other side has shelves and storage boxes. The room includes night stands and a table lamp, a small double bed frame, a memory foam mattress, and a dressing table. This is a fantastic space for someone looking for something a bit different.

The new tenant will keep the shared areas clean using a rota, and respect the others downtime. There is a bus a few minutes from the house which goes to the city centre, and shops within walking distance along Bolton Road.
