we are looking for a quiet and responsible professional or mature student for a double bedroom.
The house is very clean and tidy. We have cleaning service.

The house is fully furnished with all new items throughout, it is also refurbished to a high standard and new kitchen and bathroom, and new carpets throughout.

Bedrooms are individually locked with separate keys.
It is decorated to a very high standard in neutral colours and the furniture is new. The lounge comes with a large TV and bluray player. Unlimited broadband provided.

There are two bathrooms, one each floor.

In terms of bills water, TV/internet, Council Tax Gas and Electricity are included.

Yeah Transport connections are excellent, being very near the East Lancs road into or out of Manchester, and just yards from a dozen bus routes including the very fast and frequent 36/37/38/39 that go straight into town on dedicated lanes, passing by Salford Uni and Salford Shopping Centre.

There are a variety of local shops within a few mins walking distance of the house as all you need supply is food !
