1897 Victorian property with huge high ceilings, lots of period features and space. I'm Northern Irish, predominantly work down in London and sparingly up in Manchester. Looking for some tenants who will look after the place, are respectful of older properties and looking for a nice house to stay a year in (ideally), before it goes back up for sale.

The house has been fully refurbished with the view to sell, but not yet. Large kitchen and shared living room with two bathrooms. Storage space outside of your room is not available. All bills are included in the rent, with a nice chilled out space in the living room to watch movies / hang out etc.
### Location

Residential area just off of Mauldeth Road, 10 mins walk to the local train station and the same to buses into the centre of town.

### Rooms

Bedrooms are large doubles and come furnished with ample storage. 3 on the first floor and one on the second floor. Top floor double is a slightly cheaper rate while the master room is slightly more expensive, but comes with more space and storage.

Two bathrooms in the house and between 4 shouldn't be any issue in getting into them before work etc. While there are 6 bedrooms in total in the house, only 4 rooms will be occupied by tenants. No subletting is allowed.
