Hi! I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy in Ladybarn, Manchester

Rent: £ 669.85 per month
Bills: included
Room: Double bed room and furnished
Housemates: 3 housemates, all students at mmu, very friendly and lovely people and very welcoming
Location: Great transport links: The property is located in Ladybarn, close to the busy Wilmslow Road bus corridor, which provides frequent services towards the universities and Manchester city centre. Manchester Metropolitan University's All Saints campus is approximately 2.5-3 miles away, with the journey typically taking around 20 minutes by bus, depending on traffic and walking time. Mauldeth Road railway station is also nearby, providing connections towards Manchester Piccadilly and beyond.
Deposit: Deposit is done in a reposit so you pay a months worth of rent and then get it back at the end of the tenancy
You’ll need to be a student and complete the landlord or accommodation provider’s replacement-tenant checks.
