Terest house.
On street parking.
I own the house and live in it but only a few days every two weeks so mostly the place will be your own.
A little outdoor patio space and outdoor shed.
Slowly doing the house up in stages, so you may have to tolerate me wallpapering / painting.
I have two very friendly and well trained dogs, who would also be living in the house. Never really left alone for long periods and then come in to work with me.
There is an office space.
There is a small conservatory too.

Room for rent is double room. Lots of storagw space under ottoman bed and built in wardrobes.

Also access to loft space if needed.

Couple welcome rent would be 660 pcm

Many shops / supermarkets nearby in walking distance. I am especially close to Parsonage retail park.
CT included. WiFi included.
Half on all other bills.
