Double bedroom

House is furnished, modern and stylish with access to the kitchen, dinning area and large garden.

I recently moved in and would not mind a housemate. Large double room furnished with a bed, mattress, reading table, wardrobe and chair.
Suitable for students/workers as well schooling/working in Salford, Bolton, Leigh and Wigan.
Smoking strictly not allowed in or around the premises.

My specific requirements are that you are clean, tidy and respectful of me and the property at all times.

I prefer a Christian or Jew. Strictly a non smoker, not working from home (if you are, I can switch the contract to a reduced rent and bills not included), couples strictly not allowed. Maximum one year stay can be extended on a mutual agreement.
Rent is bills inclusive.

Free on street parking by the property available.
Pets can be discussed and are restricted to 1 cat or dog.

Deposit will be £900 if a reference cannot be provided which will be fully refunded if there is no damage to the property or any other cause for deduction.
