Double Loft Room, Bills inc.

I have a double loft room available in a terraced house on a quiet street, nestled between Nutsford Vale, Greenbank park and Greenbank playing fields with friendly neighbours and a clean alley way!

Easy links to city centre via train or 192/197 (10 min walk), slightly less to Arcadia (gym and pool), and room for you to store a bike inside if you have one. No shortage of on-street parking available out the front of the house. Plenty of decent pubs in and around, closest being the Bluebell.

In the room available there is a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and a clothes rail, with plenty of storage available beneath the bed and in the eaves also.

Access to the loft is via an admittedly fairly daunting paddle staircase but I promise you’ll get used to navigating it in no time, even half asleep.

The house has an open plan living room, and all standard amenities – washing machine, tumble dryer, decent Wifi etc. and all bills (council tax, utilities, TV licence etc) are included in the rent.

Out back is a south facing sun trap garden with plenty of seating for a bbq - I'm planning to have this spruced up ready for next summer.

I should probably mention I have a pet corn snake, and while she stays in her viv the majority of the time you would have to be comfortable with that.

A bit about me: I’m a Biologist and do bits of pest control in food factories (loads of freebies for the house), bits of ecological consulting (think bats and newts), and occassionally some research/conservation gigs abroad.

I play rugby, enjoy cycling, camping, but do also like to enjoy a couple of pints on occasion. Not opposed to a rare blow out, though I rarely go in too hard any more!

The other house mate is a physiotherapist, and works for the NHS and the rugby club I play for.

We are both pretty busy much of the time, but it would be great to have someone with similar interests.

Available now, long or short lets considered. Rent will be £625 all in, to be paid on the 1st of the month.
