Double bedroom available in South Levenshulme. Plenty of parking on the street.

The bedroom itself includes a double bed, wardrobe and some draws. It’s south facing.

There is one bathroom , pictured, that is shared with me.

Downstairs is fairly open-plan with a living room including a fireplace, large tv, sofa and arm chair. This leads to a decent sized kitchen diner, with a breakfast bar and table area and an additional tv.

House is fully air conditioned for heating and cooling!

The garden, leading from the kitchen diner, is south facing with comfy outdoor seating and a separate bistro table. It’s a sun trap! There is a shed should you have a bike.

High speed internet, washer dryer, dishwasher, plenty of fridge freezer space, decent cooking facilities.

About me - I’m Marcus , 38, gay, and live here with a friendly young cat (Hendrick) since July 2023. I work full time covering mostly office hours and generally work from home (3rd bedroom being the office which could be shared when I’m not using it).

Approx three min walk for 191/192 buses to Manchester (or Stockport) or a 15 min walk to the train station. And about a 10 min walk to the bars/eateries in Levy (with Station South, Bia and Nordie being the closest) and similar for those in Heaton Chapel.
