🏡 There is a double room available in a three-bed terraced house in Levenshulme.

👭 The most important thing, the housemates! We are two sociable girls who like chilling in the evenings over a glass of wine (or 2) whilst binge watching a Netflix series. We are laid back, tidy and have our own individual hobbies and friends. We are looking for a new sociable housemate who is interested in chilling in the evenings and having fun at the weekends.

🛏 The house is a large spacious, three bedroomed terrace with an open plan kitchen and dining room and a separate living room. There is also a patio garden which gets the sun during the day and early evening. The home is fully furnished and your room comes with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a bedside table. The bathroom is shared between two people.

🗺 Levenshulme is full of things to do! There are numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants and the house is only a 3 minute walk to Levenshulme train station which takes 5 minutes to get in to Manchester Piccadilly. Better gym is only a 1 minute walk away and has numerous gym classes and two swimming pools. In the summer there are plenty of green spaces and pub gardens to enjoy.

The room is available from the 15th April, 5 weeks deposit is required and referencing will need to be completed prior to being fully accepted.

The rent is £650 with internet and a fortnightly cleaner included (additional bills come to around £85 - £100 a month each). The property is in Council band A which is the lowest tax band. Yay!
