We have a very large property in the bustling area of Levenshulme. It is situated 3 minutes walking distance to the train station, buses, shops, bars, restaurants, parks, PLAB Academies, NHS hospitals and Universities.

The property has a mix of double rooms with shared bathroom, two en-suite self contained studio apartments, one bed apartment and a one bed bungalow.

We certainly have something to suit all budgets and needs. There is also common areas if you fancy socialising and stretching those legs from your own exclusive space. This includes a large shared kitchen, living/dinning room and even a hideaway relaxing zen space.

The property boasts a large garden and ample parking if you have a car or people are visiting.

We exclusively work with short term lets and do everything within our power to make it a priority for each space to feel like a home away from home.
