Beautiful house to rent for 1 month only

I'll be away for a month from 22nd June - 24th July (with some flexibility on either end) and wonder if there is anyone who would like to rent my whole property for this short time.. Could suit one or even two couples, a family, or two buddies, maybe people who need somewhere to stay while looking at other properties? There is a lovely deck and garden out back, plus a large summer house (where you could potentially store some stuff). There are two good-sized bedrooms upstairs plus a study and one bathroom, and a downstairs living room, dining room and small toilet. The house backs on to a park and is surrounded by greenery. Less than 10 minute walk to Levenshulme train station and buses. On-street parking.
