I’m looking for a relaxed, independent and tidy housemate to move in, as the lovely Aussie couple currently living with me are heading back to Australia after a year here (they’re very happy to give references!).

The house has 4 bedrooms and has recently been renovated, it feels bright and spacious, with large living areas and a lovely enclosed garden.

I am 32 years old, love being outdoors, running, reading, pub with mates, and heading off for adventures in my campervan. I am out and about a lot with work, friends, or doing something fun!

The house vibe is friendly and easy-going — kitchen chats and the occasional shared plan, but with plenty of personal space and our own routines. I value keeping the house clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same and is naturally considerate about shared spaces.

The room available is a great size with a king-size bed, plenty of storage, and you’ll have exclusive use of the main bathroom.

There are also three desks if you work from home — I WFH 2–3 days a week, so there’s always space to set up comfortably.

6 minutes by train into Manchester city centre
10 minutes to Didsbury
25 minutes to the Peaks
