I have a single room available in my newly renovated home for short term let's (possible extensions available). Prefer people who work full time or students who are out and about or who are fairly active just to give everyone some space in the house. Short let's only.
Everything is bright and fresh and there will be office space available for working from home (amount of days to be agreed) and a outdoor space too.
The house is painted with non toxic eco paint, has wooden floorboards and new woodwork, new bathroom and 2 toilets and you are welcome to come take a look. I still have a jobs to finish in the house but it is still comfortable and a lovely space.
Current household keep the house clean and a quiet space.
Temporary kitchen in place until new one fitted but has everything needed.
Love of cats essential.
