Hi folks

Our spare room is available to rent for an initial period of 6 months - we can discuss a longer term once you're installed, dependent on all our situations :-) Please be aware this is a cat household and not suitable for people with allergies.

NB! Your bedroom is configured slightly differently than pictured and now includes a large freestanding wardrobe, an extra chest of drawers, and a freestanding lamp.

About where you'll be living, and your live-in landlords:

- We are a couple in our early thirties. I, Bethan, work from home but sometimes travel away for work, and my partner Rick works from home three times a week.
- We are home-bods and love a chilled weekend pottering around the house and spending time in the garden
- We are both clean and tidy and won't tolerate a messy housemate!
- Hobbies = boot camp, cooking, reading, climbing, wine (is wine a hobby?), guitar, writing,
-

A few extra things to know:
-We have a fully equipped (/full to bursting!) kitchen so we kindly ask for any kitchenware you own to be stored safely in the basement rather than added to the current kitchenware. You are welcome to use ours while you're here.
- We're looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful person. Cleaning the house will be a joint responsibility
- This is not a student household
- This is a non-smoking household and hard line (pardon the pun) on no recreational drugs in the house
- On that, this isn't a party household... unless it's a dinner party!
- We do love a few drinks and nice food on the weekend, but this may not be the house for you if you're looking for housemates who will keep you company every evening! We are both pretty busy on week nights :-)

The bathroom has a big bath and a separate enclosed shower.
