Double bedroom available in Levenshulme from end of August. Double bed and wardrobe available (can be removed). Shared living space, bathroom, and kitchen with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine. No dishwasher or dryer. Small garden out the back and on street parking available.

We're less than 10 minutes walk from Levenshulme station which connects to Piccadilly via train in 7 minutes. Also near to several bus routes to town. Stockport road is 15 minutes walk with lots of small shops, supermarkets, food places and some bars. Cringle and Birchfield parks are in walking distance too. Our road is fairly quiet mainly home to families and the odd student house.

Current tenants are 2 young-ish(!) professionals. We both work flexibly from work and from our shared office downstairs. Limited space in the office for a third desk, but plenty of space for working in the room as pictured, although desk not included. We are open, friendly and approachable - happy to be contacted for viewings :)
