Large Double 5mins from Levenshulme station

You will be living in my home, but I living over seas for the foreseeable future.

It’s a two up two down terrace with a garden, kitchen, living room and bathroom.

You will have your own room and share all other facilities with a young female professional who rents the other room. Her preference is to live with another female so it’s females only unfortunately.

The room comes with a double bed, two side tables, a chest of drawers and a large 4 door wardrobe.

There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the kitchen. We just got a new boiler, and there is a shower over the bath. We will also be leaving a large TV in the living room with a functioning fire stick. We pay for a TV licence so you can use any U. K. tv online streaming.

All bills are included: wifi, counsel tax, water, electric, TV license.

I am looking for someone who will take care of my house while I am away and keep it clean and tidy. It is an old house, so issues may crop up. But please just let me know and I will get them sorted ASAP, as I want my home taken care of.
