Levenshulme apartment above Long Bois

Very chic apartment in Levenshulme. Fantastic value. Great (somewhat eccentric) landlord. Great location. Above long bois which is in some ways a plus, but it can get quite busy outside on the weekend mornings :) Council tax band A. Loads of light with windows everywhere.

It's a smallish flat, so I'm hoping to find someone I get on well with and is good at sharing space. I'm quite quiet and the apartment at the moment is very clean, tidy and calm - so ideally the new tenant will share those qualities. I would love to find someone who is interested in sharing meals a few times a week.

Probably the biggest downside of the flat is that there is only one shower - and you have to go through my room to access it. That said, the upstairs room has an ensuite toilet, sink and bath. Of course I'm very happy to share the shower, but you will have to be okay with coming through my room to get to it! The upstairs room is a loft room - so if you're super tall it might not be great for you. I think it will be mostly unfurnished.

My interests: cycling, wild swimming, cooking, drawing, reading, going out on the weekend.
