I am seeking a housemate to share my home in Levenshulme, South Manchester.
It is a vibrant neighborhood, with cafes, bars, restaurants, parks, and more. Great access to trains and buses all within a 10 min walk. The house itself is on a leafy cul-de-sac which means it is extra quiet and has plenty of parking.
The room comes with a double bed and comfortable mattress. There is a chest of drawers and a clothes rail. I am very happy to purchase more furniture to suit your needs!
The house has a modern open plan kitchen/dinner/ living area with floor to ceiling windows at the back with bi-folding doors leading to a green garden which is south facing so gets plenty of sunshine.
The kitchen is well equipped. There is an upstairs bathroom and extra downstairs toilet. All kept very clean with a cleaner visiting regularly.
The price is inclusive of all bills.
A little bit about me. I am 40 years old and work for a Renewables company. In my spare time I like to keep fit and my passion is scuba diving!
