3 bedroom house to share with 1 other

My existing housemate recently moved out and I took over the tenancy of an amazing three bedroom house in Levenshulme.

I’m looking for one housemate to share the space with me and Buffy, aka the friendliest cat in the world.

What’s on offer?
A medium sized furnished double room and a great communal living space.

The shared areas are lovely and homely and we have all the furniture and kitchen stuff we need…unless you need an air fryer, I don’t have one of those

There’s a cute garden out back as well as a massive private communal green space that’s shared with neighbours. Think fruit trees and sunbathing and very cool neighbours.

As a massive bonus we have a spare room which I’d like to be available for our guests, from time to time, but can also be used as a workspace.

All bills are included but I might have to work things out a bit depending on geopolitical events and whether you have a fish tank.

About me:
I’m a 43 year old, single, white, cis, gay man. I work in mental health and am usually out during the day. I like to cook, play video games, exercise and travel. I’m up for a beer at the weekend and appreciate a medium-slow pace in the week.

About you:
You’re too old for Snapchat but not too old for festivals. You’re any gender, ethnicity and sexuality. Someone sociable who has a good head on their shoulders. You’re respectful of the space but don’t want to hide away all of the time. Preferably you’re left leaning and tolerant of people in all their wondrous varieties.

I’m looking for someone asap and will be available for viewings in the evenings. I’m on holiday 20th-27th a July.

The local area:
The 192 bus can be caught 5 minutes walk away. There’s also Levenshulme train station, a couple of great pubs and the very best Pakistani restaurants and supermarkets in Manchester. Hannah Spencer is our local MP and Fesl Reza-Khan is our councillor. We’re a couple of minutes away from the Fallowfield Loop so you can get to big Sainsbury’s in about 7 minutes on a bike. There’s a council run gym and pool and a couple of great parks a few minutes away.
