Large Double in Levenshulme

Looking for a new housemate for a large, unfurnished double room in Levenshulme. The house itself is a 3 bed terrace, opposite Long Bois Bakehouse and less than 5 mins to the train station with direct links to Manchester and Stockport. House is newly refurbished and has a small garden.

Maximum tenants is 2 which leaves a spare room. This could be made into an office if you work from home or could be left as a guest room for friends and family, open to any ideas!

Please note the photos are without current furniture! The move in date is listed as the end of October but there could be a little wiggle room with this, so just let me know.

You would be living with me, Kit, I’m 30 years old and work as a Brewer at an independent brewery in Manchester. I live with my two dogs, Vincent and Iggy. Vincent is a 6 year old golden retriever and Iggy is a 13 year old Jack Russel, both of them love a cuddle!

Interests include: beer, music, walking with the dogs, exploring new places, coffee & a savoury treat, gigs, going to the pub, films (and sometimes trash telly)
