Double room in Levenshulme House - Bills Included

I’m looking for a friendly and considerate lodger to rent the spare bedroom in my two-bedroom house in Levenshulme.

The room is a furnished double (wardrobe incoming) in a comfortable mid-terraced house with a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden. The rent is £600 per month, including all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, and wifi).

It’s in a lovely residential part of Levenshulme, just a short walk from Cringle Park, with plenty of local shops, cafés and restaurants nearby and good transport links into Manchester. Stockport Road is a two-minute walk away for the 192/191, and Levenshulme train station is a ten-minute walk away.

Parking is street only, with no permit needed.

A bit about me: I’m Sophie (33), a working professional in the heritage sector. I’m in the office four days a week and work from home one day. I enjoy tennis, yoga, travel and café-hopping, and I’m always happy to go for a drink and a chat. Station South is just round the corner!

I’m looking for someone who is easy-going, clean and respectful of shared spaces. This is my home and I’d love to share it with someone I get on well with. I like to get out and about but prefer my home to be pretty chilled. I’m not looking to live with someone who works from home full-time, as I’d like the house to feel like a shared home rather than a workspace.

I’m open to short or longer-term arrangements, and the move-in date is flexible.
