Two Rooms in Trans Friendly Levenshulme Flat

My housemates are moving out, one to live with a partner and one to be closer to work, but I'm very happy here and want to stay as it's a great area and close to where I work.
I'm open to anyone who's into relaxed communal living - sharing meals, watching movies, arts and crafts. I'm not looking for party people but love music and chat. Trans and queer people preferred. The flat is right next to a stop for the 192 bus and close to supermarkets, parks and the train station. It's a 1st floor flat in a building with no lift so unfortunately not accessible. The building has a shared garden and only two other flats (one above and one below). Council tax is £51 each per month and WiFi is included in the rent. Rooms may be partially furnished by arrangement with my outgoing housemates. Landlord accepts guarantors and manages it directly so no letting agents or annoying application portals.
