Double room in a 2-bed house in Levenshulme available from 01 Nov 2026 with a easy-going 28 yr old. My current housemate (29) is moving to Brazil in Nov. The upstairs room on offer features a soft carpet and a luxurious feel. The room can be furnished or unfurnished if desired. The house has been recently modernised with brand new and high-spec kitchen appliances. There is nice light in the shared living space with a small garden to enjoy.

I work at The University of Manchester, as an environmental researcher and part-time as a chef/events worker. I have flexible working arrangements with periods of overseas work. Looking for a tidy and respectful housemate. I am organising a council-funded alleyway greening project in the alleyway, so green credentials are a plus (not essential). I do not have a gender preference.

On-street parking is available. Easy access to Levenshulme train station (7 minute walk) and the 192 bus stop (4 minute walk) into the city centre. Great access to shops and restaurants on Stockport Road with Levenshulme Library (6 min walk) and Arcadia sports facilities (7 min walk).

£675 with bills (council tax, wifi, water, gas and electricity) included. 1 month minimum period.
